The CARD mentorship program is truly unique, guiding you from beginner to expert in a clear, structured way. It offers fresh insights. What stood out to me is how relevant M&E is to everyday life. It sharpens how you think, plan, and make decisions. I have also enjoyed the interactive sessions. Learning from peers in different fields has broadened my perspective and built real-world skills.

I have gained so much from this program, I am no longer the same person I was two months ago. I have introduced several innovative changes that have improved both my work and that of my colleagues. I have attended many M&E workshops and courses, but I have never encountered such deep and practical modules as these.

The journey so far has been incredibly rewarding. Thanks to the mentorship from the Centre for Analytical Research in Development Limited (CARD Ltd), I now feel truly market-ready. I understand key concepts like the Theory of Change, M&E frameworks, and the tools and language used by professionals in the field.

My engagement with the program began in Module 4, and I can confidently say it feels like I have gone through the entire program! It has been hands-on and guided by experienced mentors. As a student, I am walking away with extra skills that I did not have before.
